Female Performer Chat: What has happened to Customer Service ?

I have written Customer Service since Novenber and have gotton not 1 reply
I even called Customer Service - they hung up
I made a topic in VIP - had Brad say he would look into it . No reply afterwars for over a week
I have been a member here for 6 years
I spend probably too much , but I have enjoyed most of my time here until I my tip button no longer funtioned. It took weeks for Customer Service and Admin to get it fixed last year.
It stopped working in December again and no remedy yet
I did 4 privates and had no tip button in late half of December
I stopped doing privates until they fix it - I cannot get a response from Customer Service despite multiple letters and bug reports
I have heard problems from my friends here - some with tip button issues also
I hope that the Admin and Customer Service has enjoyed the Holidays
I wish they will address my issue here about lack of Tip button
I have utilized General Discussions and Email to Customer Service / Admin in past not to bring the poor Customer Service and Site problems in the past.
I hope this will help others faster in the future

I have had problems with VS customer service in the past, They never really solved my problem in stead i had to work it out my self.

only $$ issues get solved quickly it seems, i had a tech problem once and got a very generic almost seemed auto reply. it's probably a small team with all sorts of members, models, studios, service providers and the like coming at them 24/7. maybe they are just staring at boobies too...

only $$ issues get solved quickly it seems, i had a tech problem once and got a very generic almost seemed auto reply. it's probably a small team with all sorts of members, models, studios, service providers and the like coming at them 24/7. maybe they are just staring at boobies too...
I spend more than the average member - sometimes more than 100 minutes a month
Money does not work
It seems my tip button disappears AFTER I tip over $100 to a model in 1 private . Last 2 times tip button disappeared was after I did large amounts of tips
I did it for Birthday appreciations
I hope Customer Service is at leeast enjoying seeing tits since they have not been answering emails . They seem quick about hanging up phones - maybe model had nice boobs

Not that I really think this is the issue, but, it may be a _possible_ reason. I have ability to tip there
Customer Service is responsive
Prices are better
They have no Forum and I will miss many friends and models here
Customer Service may email some month ....
......... some year
.................. some decade
I will still make some visits and be here in the Forums
Bart will soon stop dancing . Please thank Customer Service for thier ability to not care or respond in months

Bart I have also gone to another site do to the poor management of this site. Look for me (Richyyy). I believe it is the same one you frequent. I do come and visit this site only due to a few models that work only at this site.
I think you hit the nail on the head when you said it is all about the $$. The models are the ones that suffer because of the poor customer service. They really need to address some of the issues here and take better care of the models and their members. We should be able to purchase any amount of credits that we can afford and we should be able to tip in open chat or in private. They should also bring back the whispering for the models and the whispering for member to member. Either whispering or a private massage link would be nice.

Sent another email to Customer Service
Got site email to inform me I did a private less than 1 minute yesterday - It was not me
Seems Customer Service now sending other customer privates to the member
For grins and giggles , reminded I had no reply about Tip button missing with a Forward to Brad and Titus or Anyone who could email
Will Customer Service wake up in 2010 ???????????
