Well - since November ????
I doubt it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer Service has FAILED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why promote a product that obviously is inferior ?
This site used to be THE Premiere site with a direction and a focus .
It valued models and members -
Models were fired [bottom 20%] right before the Holidays
Members wait months and sometimes years to get an answer
Purgatory , you may mean well
You are the Poster Person to agree with ALL policies - even when wrong over the years
I appreciate all the help you do for models and members
Purgatory , when it is the worst - Please do not defend Customer Service
They checked out since November and cannot email
This is not a responsible Business or Coorporation

I have had no real issues with customer services -- had 4 times to use them and 3 of them were answered / fixed inside 48 hours and the other 1 ( when I complained about the grey imposter of me ) that was answered in about 2 weeks. But thats just my experience.
Slightly off topic but
What happened to the 'Edit' button on our own posts ? the thing seems to be available on some posts of mine and not others !

LickaU, as a model I am concerned to hear when customers do not seem to be getting the service they deserve. I have not seen you in my room, but other models have vouched for you as a very nice, pro-model member.

I did finally get a reply from Customer Service
They were testing my account - They did not bother to inform the member
I never got a refund from 4 FAILED privates or was it addressed
Customer Service either has an issue of receiving or acting on its reports and emails
I replied and will wait
I am happy after waiting November , December and half way into January .........

But did you ever get your tip button back yet?...
They claim it works - I wait for refund of failed privates without ability to tip
I wait to see about the other issues
I tried through email and reports from site [correct way] with no answers
I called and got hung up on by Customer Service
Making a topic public was to see others problems
I consider it FRAUDULENT use of my account to take a model private without a notice to member 1st
Customer Service should notify a member before such actions
I wonder if someone used thier account / credit card and caused activity without being told
I think members are seemed as numbers or profit - not as individual human beings

I did a private last night and had a tip button in upper right corner. I didn't use it so I'm unsure if there is a limit other than the ones i've read you posting about.
hope you have tip button available as well

I'm sorry for your wait, I did look into the Tip Button issue and have heard it has gotten resolved for you.
Please note that Customer Support, although is here 24 hours a day, assist prospects/models/users, and January has definitely been a busy month.

I hope you change your mind. I know it took a long time to get resolved and that is not acceptable. But it has been resolved and you do now have another resource in VS_Nubia to try to work things out.

GGrrr... I have enjoyed reading your posts. Not sure if we have spoken in chat, but still, it bugs me that this has happened.
On another note, I did finally get my first tip, after being on F4F for a year. I was beginning to think no one liked me that much!!

im new here wore leather skirt heels and every thing i follow the rules but some member wil lwant me to do things but wont go to private its liek im not trying to be mena yes im nice but i dont want to be used yes ill do what im told but thier things i cant do i havent but if they want more they no they havve to go to private i wear what they want and toy they want every thing i no how to be nuaght its just getting hard i love the people on here but treating me fare would be nice

I had (and still have a problem) that I emailed about. They basically told me stop using Mac and recommended all these things that I already told them I tried. I replied and it's been over a week and nothing.
