I love cooking!!I cook jambalaya the other night with shrimp an kabassa and it was delicious.Im also big on cooking breakfast foods,bacon, eggs,biscuits an gravy,and chocolate gravy!!Anyways,ribeye steaks an and a good burger is always a good choice too.Cajun food is what i love also,dirty rice,crawfish etifee,and red beans an rice are among my favorites as far as food goes.One of my favorite recipes is my rib eye steak recipe.I take a rib eye steak an poke holes in it an put in a bowl.I lightly brush it on both sides with olive oil,sprinkle each side with salt an pepper,then pour dales seasoning sauce on it along with a1 marinades chicago marinades sauce too.I put the steak back in the refridgerator for an hour with some cut up red bell peppers marinating in there too.After the hour is up,i take the steak out an let it sit for an hour to get room temperature.I then get a frying pan,put a half cup of olive oil in it an turn it on medium heat>When the oil is warmed up i then Throw the ribeye an peppers in the frying pan an cook it on each side for six minutes and bravo,I now have a medium well steak delicious an ready to eat!!What are some of your favorite recipes?Im very interested in hearing them so feel free to message me or stop by my room an let me know.Thanks,slamm
