Hello, Sweets! It's Canadian Thanksgiving today, and I'm taking the day off to recover from my crazy ass weekend! As many of you know..I have my own business, and I make Southern/Creole food..and this weekend was a bit crazy, but 'crazy good'...so, after making a huge Thanksgiving feast, I have decided to take this evening off for a much needed 'regrouping' of sorts.
