Flirt of the Year Regional Contest Winners

While the headlining Overall Flirt of the Year title is awarded based on a top cam guy’s total earnings over a full year, Regional champions are crowned by rising above their fellow home-town stars between October 1^st and December 31^st. In 2019, established champions reigned supreme in 3 of our 5 most popular regions, while two first-time winners emerged alongside them.
