I see some of the posters are seemingly saying ALL fakes are bad, not in my opinion - the round basketball ones are a meeeh to me, BUT ones that use the saline teardrop shaped implants that give a more subtle reshaping look amazing so when the woman goes out in a low cut dress it dont look like she has Bruce Willis and Jason Stathams heads coming up in a photo finish of a climbing contest. I agree...just a small note..they make silicone implants in two shapes, round and teardrop. So not just the saline ones have teardrop shape.

This is true but after a lot of hands on research I find the saline ones are a better feel
Plus with the issues in France recently of the use of PIP silicone implants in stead of surgical silicone. It's leading to a swing for saline.

...not that I havent seen a few fakes that were beautiful, but all to often the implants installed are either too large for the frame and hang weird, stretch the skin out too much so it looks off, or just look comical to me all together.
Plus I love the jiggle and shudder of a natural boob in motion, there is a fluidity to them that just hypnotizes me. Quote
