Hey! No hollow threats. I have a 10 000th post awards ceremony speech still to write, so dance on you crazy diamond.

The response from Customer Support was not professional, but let's not review what's already been said. Hopefully the tip issue is resolved, not satisfactory through methods and testing the account without prior notice, but resolved. Customer Support has something of a black eye, but the last month has been a little ugly on the forums and at some point it will be time to resolve what may be resolved, whether the score is settled or still at odds.

You are a good mate to a good number of gentleman here and the ladies do love their Bart in all his 1 001 names. So sit on that, for a night or two or ten, or however long it takes to reconsider. I'm writing that damn acceptance speech so take a deep breath, you were wronged but you're in the right. Time to be the better man, and stick around already!

Flirt without Bart? Who will eat all the cOOkies? Who will add informative three-page long forum posts about long-discontinued American television shows? Don't make me scream in the supermarket that mommy and daddy are getting a divorce because I WILL make a scene.

I also have given up on so called "customer service"... I have been not answered, answered with the normal "Canned" reply, and called a whiner because of a problem I kept asking about and nothing much was coming in the way of help, "so just deal with it". If I had this kind of service in my business...I would not have one long. I just hope the models get treated good. THE END

New site glitch -- no matter what timezone I set it ALWAYS reverts back to Eastern - great for those that live there but as useful as screen doors on a submarine for everyome else.

I spent over 1 hour on phone with Titus [Head of Customer Service]
He was able to solve some problems and be very helpful on the phone

It seems some emails and big reports did not get to him before and in December .
He was very polite and also able to make a plan to prevent future misunderstandings :thumbsup

I am patient for 2 weeks , then I have no patience with problems not being solved .
Titus and I agreed to a way to communicate better by email and/or phone direct

Titus operates from a business view point
I operate from a member view point

Middle ground was found and past problems are resolved or being worked on by Titus :thumbsup
We both appreciated the other persons view point after todays conversation :drinkup

I know I wouldn't know what to think, when a problem, or more than one happens, and can't be, or doesn't get solved after a certain amount of time. I'm a very patient person, too. :)
